Each session includes:
- Self-discovery to get a perspective on where you are right now
- Exploration of the areas of your life to find what needs balance
- Determination of the who, what, where, when, and how your progress will be measured
- Homework and resources to start making the changes you want to make
- Tools and long-term changes that work for your life to help you reach your goals with ongoing support as needed
- Email, calls and text support are provided
Sessions are 30-45 minutes and typically scheduled once a week through Skype or by telephone.
I am honored to be a part of your evolution. We will work together to help you reach your goals. It is important that you fully embrace this process and give a 100% effort. You will create your own success and I will be with you to support you along the way.
Even if you have had experience with life coaching, I would like to give you an idea of what to expect when working with me and the experience of coaching.
Before Our 1st Session
Take the time to thoroughly read through and complete the forms you will receive after the scheduling process. To make the most of our time together, it is important for you to complete the forms before our first appointment.
Information Sheet—Please provide detailed information. You will find a place to describe the issues you are interested in working on with me along with other important information about yourself that will allow me to help you best.
Coaching Agreement—This document details financial information, cancellation policy, legalities and confidentiality statement. Thoroughly read it in its entirety and have a copy that you can retain for your records. You will be asked to electronically sign the form.
During Our Sessions
We will take time at the beginning of your first session to review your information form together, your goals for coaching in general, and what changes you would like to see in the near future. Remember that life coaching focuses on what you can do right now to move your life forward and reach your goals. It is not therapy where you focus on the past.
You are free to make your own choices and to accept some, all, or none of the suggestions which may arise during the session. Any changes you choose to make, or not make, are up to you and the work is yours to do as well. You will have homework to do in between sessions based on your goals. This homework is important for you to complete to enhance your progress and which can help you long after our sessions have concluded.
